Clients are counseled on matters such as organization, finance, distributions liquidations, acquisitions and reorganizations relevant to their particular situation. We advise our clients on choice-of-business entities such as Subchapter C and S corporations, limited liability companies/partnerships, general and limited partnerships and joint ventures. Once an entity is selected, we will draft and file the necessary documents in order to create it. In addition we will maintain such entities by complying with yearly administrative requirements in accordance with local, state and federal law.
